About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This role requires significant physical activity, including in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
