The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during the peak holiday season.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of store operations, including the construction and opening of new locations, daily management, and the final tear-down and closing of stores. Your day-to-day involves recruiting and training staff, managing employee relations, controlling expenses, and minimizing shrink. This position requires a hands-on approach, with physical demands that include standing and walking for over eight hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualifications.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a flexible schedule. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position is required.
