About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management. All duties are performed in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This is an hourly position with a schedule of up to 38 hours per week. The role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing and walking for more than 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
