The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is essential for ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and oversight of all merchandising and inventory activities in adherence to company policies.
As a key leader on the floor, you will work up to 38 hours per week. The role demands high physical engagement, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A minimum age of 18 is required for this position.
