About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and oversight of all merchandising and inventory control aspects in adherence to company policies.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This is an hourly position with a schedule of up to 38 hours per week. The role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing and walking for more than 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess prior retail or management experience.
