Senior Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to ensuring maximum sales and profitability through strategic staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management. All duties are performed in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

This is a part-time role with a schedule of up to 38 hours per week. The position requires a minimum age of 18 and involves significant physical activity, including standing and walking for more than 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is required to succeed in this environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rates range from $16.75 to $17.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
