About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is essential for driving maximum sales and profitability through strategic staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management. The role requires strict adherence to all company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This is an hourly position with a schedule of up to 38 hours per week. The role demands high physical activity, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking daily. Employees must be capable of climbing ladders and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. The minimum age requirement for this position is 18.
