About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
As a key leader on the floor, you will work up to 38 hours per week, engaging in a dynamic environment that requires being on your feet for in excess of 8 hours, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This role is designed for individuals with prior retail and/or management experience who are ready to drive team success and operational excellence.
