About the Role

As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Goodwill, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping and donation experience. This position is essential to keeping our stores running efficiently and directly supporting our community programs.

You will be the first point of contact for our community, ensuring that every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference. From processing transactions to sorting and merchandising donated goods, your work helps sustain the mission that drives everything we do.
