About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Your focus will be on developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This position requires an active presence on the sales floor. The role demands in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
