About the Team

The Senior Analyst – Investments (Senior Housing) will support the Investment Team in achieving portfolio performance objectives. This role reports directly to the Director of Investments and collaborates closely with senior leadership on strategic investment initiatives. The team is highly collaborative, committed to supporting each other's growth through strong partnership and continuous learning. Members are encouraged to think creatively and seek innovative solutions to enhance processes and drive operational excellence.

About the Role

This position plays a key role across transactions, asset management, financial reporting, and operational analysis within the senior housing portfolio. You will work closely with a diverse network of brokers and stakeholders, making the environment dynamic and engaging. The role offers the opportunity to drive value-creation opportunities and support key management initiatives while balancing a healthy work-life balance.
