The Real Estate Senior Associate/AVP will join the Miami team to assist in the underwriting, due diligence, closing, and asset management of real estate credit investments. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where they can leverage deep analytical skills to support senior team members in executing complex transactions.
You will work closely with the real estate team to review and underwrite new credit transactions, create robust financial models, and prepare investment committee presentations. The position offers the opportunity to engage with third-party diligence providers, manage the deal pipeline, and support quarterly valuation and fund reporting. As a key contributor, you will help construct term sheets and assist with portfolio asset management, ensuring that every deal aligns with Monroe's focus on generating high-quality alpha returns irrespective of business or economic cycles.
