About the Role
As a Senior AI Full Stack Software Engineer at CMM, you will join an innovative team dedicated to designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI-powered solutions. Your work will bridge robust backend services and intuitive user interfaces to enhance our healthcare and decision-making platforms. This role is critical for integrating advanced technologies like LLMs, voice/image recognition, and document parsing into existing healthcare IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and compliant data pipelines for training and deploying AI models.

Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to clinical and executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Experience mentoring and developing juniors in development and AI concepts/best practices.
