About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Full Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative team at CMM. This role is designed to enhance our healthcare and decision-making platforms by designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI-powered solutions. You will bridge the gap between robust backend services and intuitive user interfaces, working closely with product representatives to rapidly prototype and iterate on multiple concepts.

In this position, you will lead the integration of advanced AI technologies—including LLMs, voice/image recognition, and document parsing—into existing healthcare IT infrastructure. Your work will directly support decision-making, patient engagement, and operational efficiency while ensuring all systems are scalable and secure.
