About the Role
The AI Architect II is a senior technical leadership role dedicated to modernizing the company's technology platform. This position provides both thought and technical leadership, influencing cloud and AI strategy while working hands-on to deliver solutions that matter. You will make architectural decisions that have real business impact and utilize your expertise to help shape the direction of a rapidly evolving organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business strategy, ensuring that our AI and cloud initiatives drive innovation and efficiency across the enterprise.

- check_circleEstablish architectural standards and reference architectures for AI solutions including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
- check_circleDefine and oversee MLOps practices to ensure reliable model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- check_circleDesign enterprise AI patterns including AI gateway architecture and integration of AI capabilities into business systems
- check_circleDesign and implement scalable cloud architectures on AWS leveraging serverless technologies and design patterns
- check_circleDefine and enforce cloud architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails to ensure consistency, security, and cost optimization
- check_circleCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions aligned with enterprise strategy
- check_circleLead systems design efforts including microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems across cloud-native environments
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- verified5–7 years with cloud technologies and IT systems
- verified2–3 years hands-on with AI/ML technologies
- verifiedTOGAF, Zachman Framework, or FEAF certification preferred
- verifiedSolutions Architect Associate, Solutions Architect Professional, Machine Learning – Specialty, or Data Engineer certification preferred
- verifiedSnowPro Core or SnowPro Advanced Architect certification preferred
- verifiedAI/ML, Data Engineering, DevOps, or Security certification preferred
- verifiedProficiency in Python
- verifiedProficiency in Linux and Windows system administration
- verifiedExperience with AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, and Amazon Q Business
