About the Role

In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership within Parexel Consulting. Your mission is to enable them to operate at their highest level by bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to highly dynamic schedules, priorities, and workflows. You will operate as a proactive, business-minded partner, acting as an extension of leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys operating at pace, thrives on managing complexity, and takes pride in enabling others to succeed. Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleServe as a trusted partner to senior leaders by anticipating needs and managing priorities
  • check_circleOwn complex, high-volume executive calendars with full autonomy and proactively prioritize requests
  • check_circleReview and triage inbox requests, synthesizing information and making scheduling recommendations
  • check_circleManage complex domestic and international travel arrangements including multi-stop itineraries
  • check_circleTrack deadlines, commitments, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • check_circleManage expense reporting and supporting documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • check_circleSupport event and speaking engagement preparation including coordination of logistics and materials
  • check_circleIdentify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance team effectiveness using new technologies

Requirements

  • verified3-5+ years experience in administrative or executive support role
  • verifiedPrevious experience supporting senior management or executives required
  • verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • verifiedBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. Bachelor's degree. Experience in a global or matrixed organization. Exposure to AI tools or willingness to adopt new technologies.
