About the Role
The Senior Acquisition Logistics Manager serves as a pivotal support member of the PMA 299 Logistics Support Services Team. This role is designed to ensure the seamless integration of maintenance, supply chain, engineering, and program management functions to sustain aircraft readiness, weapons systems, and overall mission capability. You will apply your knowledge of system design theories, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning, and acquisition requirements to coordinate a total, well-structured program.
In this position, you will manage logistics requirements across the full lifecycle, from acquisition through sustainment. Your day-to-day involves analyzing air vehicle and weapons logistics, monitoring critical readiness metrics like Mission Capable rates, and participating in Reliability Control Boards to identify and correct system degraders. You will act as a bridge between engineering, safety, and configuration management teams, ensuring that Engineering Change Proposals and logistics products accurately reflect the current aircraft configuration. Additionally, you will review contractor deliverables for compliance and assist in the development and execution of contracts.

(NSI) is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: MS or MA Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (or Bachelor's plus 4 years experience); At least 10 years FTE professional experience in Acquisition Logistics Support or Maintenance Engineering; At least 4 years experience in operations or maintenance of systems in the field; Secret Clearance required; and Must be a U.S. citizen.
