Senior Account Manager - Commercial Lines

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager for Commercial Lines, you will serve as the primary steward for a dedicated book of business focused on contractors, construction, hospitality, real estate, and general accounts. Your mission is to ensure robust account retention while actively supporting new business growth. You will act as a subject matter expert for the account management team, coordinating day-to-day administrative and customer service activities to resolve complex issues with precision.

In this role, you will lead the daily workflow of the account management team, fostering a culture of service excellence. You will anticipate client needs, manage policy expirations and renewals, and handle critical tasks such as billing, claims analysis, and coverage negotiations. Your work ensures that the agency maintains high standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency across all carrier and vendor platforms.

Work Environment & Remote Policy

This position is fully remote, supporting candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones. However, please note that individuals residing within a 50-mile radius of a branch location may be required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity to meet specific business needs. Remote work is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, or other personal responsibilities during working hours. All remote employees must maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
