The GIPHY Ads Business team is dedicated to creating media plans, managing end-to-end branded content campaigns, and driving client satisfaction and renewals. This team operates at the convergence of creative expression and advertising solutions, working with world-class brands and talented artists to deliver impactful campaigns.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing strategic partnerships across GIPHY’s Advertising solutions. This position requires a blend of excellent client management skills, production knowledge, and the ability to deliver successful ad campaigns through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic ad clients, providing white-glove service from the initial media plan strategy through to deal implementation, creative project management, optimization, and billing.

In this dynamic startup environment, you will lead custom branded content projects in partnership with GIPHY Studios, ensuring cross-functional team and brand alignment. Your day-to-day involves identifying upsell opportunities, managing relationships with sales leads, production, third-party vendors, and finance, and owning the communication of project milestones to alert stakeholders of expectations, risks, and delays. The goal is to create the best possible client experience to enable renewals and foster long-term positive relationships.
