Harvest Technical Services is seeking a strategic leader to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Testing Bioprocessing product portfolio. This role serves as the critical bridge between scientific innovation and commercial success, working at the intersection of life science research, drug discovery, and business strategy.
You will partner with key stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Training, Campaign Management, R&D, and Digital teams to establish a compelling value proposition. Your mission is to ensure our bioprocessing products achieve their desired business goals by developing clear, consistent marketing plans that are effectively communicated and executed globally.
In this position, you will empower the sales team with resources that spotlight product attributes and lead content creation to translate complex features into compelling messaging. You will foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in clinical environments, participate in critical conferences and trade shows, and support service and sales representatives through training and regular communication. The role requires a deep understanding of assigned products to keep Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance apprised of new developments and opportunities, ensuring volume, revenue, and margin targets are consistently met.
