About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and lead day-to-day relationships with key top-tier accounts, becoming the client's trusted partner and primary point of contact. This role exists to deliver operational and delivery excellence, speed to market, and resource optimization while ensuring the profitable management of client businesses.
You will act as a consultant, brand expert, and client expert, fully engaging in opportunities for new ideas and ideating with teams. Your day will involve solving for your client's business challenges with a growth mindset, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption. You will serve as the voice of the client on day-to-day work, providing marketing leadership internally and advocating for the agency-client relationship. Additionally, you will mentor and coach junior team members, helping to develop their skills while upholding our core values.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of agency experience in an account management role
- verifiedExperience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients
- verifiedBachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related degree required
- verifiedStrong understanding of advertising and marketing disciplines
- verifiedComputer proficiency including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets and generating reports
- verifiedAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- verifiedAbility to read, write, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals
- verifiedAbility to write reports and business correspondence
- verifiedAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
