About the Opportunity
Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a privately held commercial landscaping organization in Milwaukee, WI, seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients. This role is designed to drive service quality, retention, and revenue growth by serving as the primary client contact while working closely with operations teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
The Senior Account Manager sits at the intersection of client relationship management, operations coordination, and enhancement sales. You will own the client relationship for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring services are executed effectively while identifying opportunities for account growth. The position involves managing a commercial landscape portfolio starting around $700K with a growth trajectory toward $1M+, requiring a balance of maintaining strong client relationships and expanding revenue through additional services.
