We are seeking a driven Regional Account Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our clients, operations leaders, and marketing teams across the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island territory. This role is designed to drive industrial solutions by managing existing client relationships, actively hunting for new business opportunities, and executing targeted win-back strategies for lapsed accounts.
As the main point of contact for the tri-state region, you will navigate a diverse portfolio of industrial services, including electrical and mechanical repair, custom machining, new equipment distribution, and automation controls. Your success relies on deep familiarity with the local industrial landscape and the ability to foster long-term partnerships while identifying new commercial prospects.
You will collaborate closely with operations leaders to provide feedback that shapes service delivery and contribute insights to regional marketing initiatives. This position requires a flexible approach to sales duties, ensuring that client needs are met through a cohesive effort between sales, technical operations, and marketing.
