About the Role
The Senior Account Executive is a strategic sales role focused on driving revenue growth by prospecting new customers and securing long-term contracts. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer escalations, managing cancellation requests, and executing retention strategies to preserve business value. The position requires a unique balance of field work and remote prospecting: the majority of your week will be spent conducting site visits to build relationships and identify opportunities, while the remainder is dedicated to cold calling and pipeline development.
Your mission is to "save, secure, and convert" by providing ongoing education on contract details, negotiating agreements, and proposing solutions that align with local, state, and federal regulations. You will work closely with Plant Managers and Brokerage Account Managers to upgrade materials and optimize equipment leasing, ensuring both customer profitability and the achievement of plant goals.
