North America is a major growth and expansion market for Circit. You'll be joining the NA team at an exciting stage — the US audit market is ready, and you can directly influence how we scale. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their sales career while harnessing existing sector knowledge in audit or accounting. It's a role with real momentum behind it — and a clear path to senior responsibility as the NA team grows.
We have established NA traction. You'll join a team that's already in motion: with deep audit and commercial experience, a customer success function, and existing business development capacity. Your job is to add execution horsepower and help turn our NA wedge into category leadership across US audit firms.

This is a high-autonomy role designed for a hunter who thrives in a lean environment. You will not be handed a list of qualified meetings; you will generate significant pipeline yourself through outbound prospecting, network activation, and event presence. Our playbook exists and is in active refinement, so you will execute it consistently while helping sharpen it based on real-world feedback.
The NA team is small, fast, and direct. This isn't a heavily layered environment. You will own the full sales cycle from first touch through procurement, security review, and signature, building senior relationships with audit partners, MDs, and heads of assurance.
We value transparency and directness. We are looking for candidates who understand the reality of the role: you will be expected to generate your own pipeline and execute a disciplined sales motion. We look for those who are comfortable working core EST hours remotely from the US or Canada and are ready to travel approximately 30% of the time to represent Circit at industry events like the AICPA and Audit-tech conferences.
