We are partnering with a Fortune 100 client based in Plano to urgently fill a critical role for a Senior 4G/5G Wireless Interoperability Test Engineer. This position focuses on RAN and Chipset Testing, serving as a vital bridge between our client's network architecture and leading device chipset vendors.
In this capacity, you will lead interoperability testing efforts with device chipset partners, ensuring new features and system performance meet rigorous specifications. Your day-to-day will involve executing IODT tests in the lab, analyzing complex 4G and 5G wireless protocol logs, and troubleshooting issues that arise during feature validation. You will translate product requirements into comprehensive system test cases and drive the evaluation of new software releases.
Beyond technical execution, this role requires strong communication skills to educate customers on new products and services, both individually and within team environments. You will be responsible for creating detailed reports, presenting findings to customers, and ensuring all project commitments are met on schedule.
