About the Role
As a RAN Test Engineer III, you will play a critical role in validating next-generation LTE and 5G NR Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies. This position sits at the intersection of product validation, performance engineering, and customer engagement, ensuring seamless interoperability and best-in-class network performance.
You will work hands-on in lab and customer environments, collaborating with global teams to bring innovative wireless solutions to life. The complex data you will master—the CDRs, network KPIs, and customer signals—flows from the very infrastructure we design and optimize. You won't just be analyzing abstract numbers; you'll be interpreting the digital heartbeat of networks that we helped bring to life. Your insights will directly influence the next generation of those networks.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- verified8–10 years of relevant experience in wireless/RAN testing
- verifiedMaster's degree with 6+ years of experience
- verifiedStrong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies
- verifiedDeep understanding of RAN architecture & air interface technologies
- verifiedKnowledge of protocol stack: PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP
- verifiedExperience with 3GPP standards and release cycles
- verifiedFamiliarity with NB-IoT, eMTC, S1 / X2 interfaces
- verifiedExperience with test tools: XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulators, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators
Nice to Have
Exposure to software development or automation scripting. Experience working in multi-vendor environments (Samsung, Ericsson, Nokia, etc.).
