The Training Specialist serves as a pivotal bridge between the NSA/OCMC and the Combatant Commands (COCOM), tasked with developing and implementing a unified SIGINT collection management training partnership. This role is designed to optimize SIGINT collection operations in direct support of Combatant Commands and their partners.
In this capacity, you will provide high-level expertise to draft and finalize critical training documentation. Your day-to-day involves presenting training materials to large audiences and offering classroom support to ensure effective knowledge transfer. You will also guide junior contractor personnel involved with systems and equipment training, ensuring the next generation of specialists is well-prepared.
The position requires a proactive approach to training lifecycle management: analyzing training problems to identify specific needs, designing and conducting courses, and rigorously evaluating outcomes. You will continuously revise materials based on student and customer feedback, ensuring all content remains accurate to operational scenarios.
