We are seeking an RF Test Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a critical role in validating next-generation wireless technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring that Massive MIMO antenna designs meet rigorous performance standards and 3GPP specifications.
In this role, you will leverage your hands-on experience with 5G NR and 4G LTE radio architectures to drive testing initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve configuring and operating advanced RF test equipment, including network analyzers, signal analyzers, and vector signal generators. You will conduct extensive testing in anechoic chambers to measure antenna radiation patterns, gain, and efficiency for 32x32 and 64x64 configurations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of test plans, perform data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports to guide design iterations.
Candidates must have 4-10 years of experience in RF testing. A solid understanding of MIMO technology and familiarity with antenna control units and power amplifier interfaces are essential. Experience with automation test scripts and basic updates is also required.
This position is based in Dallas, TX and requires a full-time, on-site presence (5 days per week).
Salary is market-competitive and commensurate with experience (DOE).
