This Semiconductor Assembly Co-op provides hands-on experience within a cutting-edge environment. You will work directly with semiconductor assembly equipment, including dispense systems, die attach tools, microscopes, and inspection technologies. The role is designed to immerse you in the full lifecycle of process development, from supporting qualifications and data collection to assisting with customer builds. You will gain practical skills in creating and updating standard operating procedures and work instructions, ensuring process repeatability and expanding capabilities.
