As the voice of the customer for our Starter & Lower Mass segments, you will translate customer habits, wants, and needs into winning positioning, product launches, and test-and-learn agendas. This role exists to ensure that customer needs drive decisions and that every interaction is accountable to outcomes that move the business.
You will drive roadmap development, product messaging, and retention levers based on business objectives and deep customer insights. In this position, you will act as a change agent, leading product and marketing transformation while orchestrating channel strategies across owned, paid, and earned media. Your day-to-day involves partnering with Product, Research, Analytics, and Field teams to scope experience improvements, managing stakeholder communications with data-backed storytelling, and leading a cross-functional team through the entire customer journey—from awareness and consideration to ongoing engagement and retention.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess strategic thinking, storytelling capabilities, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by deeper discussions on past experiences and scenario-based problem solving. Finalists will meet with key stakeholders to discuss how their approach aligns with our mission to put customers at the heart of everything we do.

5+ years of marketing experience with strategy-role expertise. Strong storytelling ability across written and verbal communication. Holistic thinker capable of managing multiple initiatives and meeting tight deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills. Proven influencer and self-starter with a track record of driving results. Comfortable in a highly matrixed organization and adapting to changing priorities. Excellent presentation skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital-Technology, or Business Management.
