The Global Payments Events team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client events. As part of JPMorgan Chase, one of the oldest financial institutions with a history spanning over 200 years, we offer innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients. Our team plays a vital role in supporting the Payments Sales organization across North America, ensuring that our event strategy aligns with broader business objectives to foster meaningful connections and drive success.
As an Event Associate, you will be the operational backbone of our event strategy. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic vision and flawless execution. You will work closely with Event Managers and Payments Sales to support the end-to-end lifecycle of events and industry sponsorships. From the initial conception of programming to the final post-event analysis, you will ensure that every detail is managed with precision. Your day will involve coordinating complex logistics, managing data integrity across multiple CRM sources, and collaborating with marketing centers of excellence to execute compelling communications. You will be the point of contact for venue research, vendor contracting, and onsite coordination, ensuring that our clients and partners experience a seamless and professional environment.
Candidates selected for this role will move through a structured interview process designed to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and experience, followed by a deeper dive into specific event management scenarios and operational challenges. Final rounds may involve presentations or discussions with the hiring team to evaluate alignment with our values and team dynamics.
We recognize that our people are our strength, and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
