About the Role
Our service teams are the backbone of our client relationships, responsible for delivering exceptional service on Securitas Technology products directly at client sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues, ensuring application uptime and system performance. Beyond troubleshooting, you will engage in special project work, performing on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and client-facing communication to document system deployments for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRespond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance
- check_circleDiagnose and resolve application issues individually and as a team
- check_circleExecute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability
- check_circleDocument all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system
- check_circleTest and repair alarm systems already in place
- check_circleInstall equipment for fire alarm systems using building plans and electrical layouts
- check_circleMount devices and perform necessary tasks such as drilling holes for cabling
- check_circleInspect and test systems to ensure components perform well and comply with safety requirements
- check_circleIdentify and repair malfunctions in system components or wiring including installing replacement parts
- check_circleTest backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and security features to diagnose malfunctions
- check_circleCompose and submit documentation and reports for each installation or repair visit
- check_circlePerform routine configuration changes including user permissions and application settings
Requirements
- verifiedExperience in fire & security system installation
- verifiedNICET level II certification preferred
- verifiedCertification in DMP, BOSCH, HONEYWELL, PACOM, VERINT, LENEL, MARCH, or WATCHDOG is a plus
Nice to Have
NICET level II certification (requires prior experience or training). Certification in DMP, BOSCH, HONEYWELL, PACOM, VERINT, LENEL, MARCH, or WATCHDOG.
