About the Role

The Security Supervisor in Massachusetts serves as the operational backbone of our security efforts, overseeing day-to-day security operations without the use of armed forces. This role is critical for ensuring strict compliance with state regulations and company policies while managing a dedicated team of security officers. You will act as the primary contact for security incidents, coordinating swift and effective responses to maintain a secure environment for our team and customers.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Security Manager to enhance security measures and drive process improvements. Your day-to-day involves conducting audits and drills to ensure facility safety, monitoring security systems including surveillance and access control, and developing robust security protocols and emergency response plans. You will be responsible for ensuring full coverage across all shifts, managing personnel scheduling effectively, and conducting performance evaluations to foster continuous training and high performance within the team.
