About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Corporate Security Guard to join our Corporate Security team in Portland, OR. In this position, you will function as a vital point of escalation for security staff and business lines, supporting the Site Security Manager in daily and monthly operational tasks. Your primary mission is to safeguard the bank's premises, assets, employees, and visitors by preventing theft, vandalism, intrusion, and natural hazards.
You will serve as the first line of defense, controlling vehicular and pedestrian access to the facility while performing patrols and police duties to protect property and personnel. The role requires you to manage alarm system maintenance, resolve security situations as they arise, and facilitate equipment repairs with vendors. Beyond physical security, you will interact with internal groups, Security Response Center analysts, and external customers to ensure escalation guidelines are followed and to provide quality customer service while enforcing written procedures.
