The Security Supervisor functions as a leader for Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to client sites. This role is designed to ensure that all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed accurately. In emergency situations, the Supervisor acts as the critical link to notify proper authorities and the client.
Driven by our corporate culture, you will help make the world a safer place by fostering an environment of vigilance and helpfulness. The position involves inspecting posts, meeting with subordinates to outline tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage at all times. You will serve as a mentor and guide, helping to shape the performance and development of the security team.
