As a Security SOC Dispatcher, you will be the critical eye spotting threats before they escalate within environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. This role demands a sharp eye for detail as you scan multiple screens to monitor a wide network of security alarms and cameras. You will synthesize large amounts of information quickly to respond to incoming security concerns, create comprehensive incident records, and coordinate routine and critical communications. Success in this position requires the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining situational awareness of global events and current news sources.
