CAS is the premier provider of transportation security services to airport authorities, select airlines, and the federal government. We are responsible for the day-to-day security functions aimed at protecting the traveling public and the airport as a whole. This Scheduler position at Denver International Airport is a vital component of that mission, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational planning. You will review contract post and hour requirements to create schedules that meet fluctuating demand, while making strategic recommendations to the Management Team on staffing levels. Your day-to-day involves implementing contract-driven schedule changes, processing time-off requests by balancing work requirements and overtime, and resolving schedule discrepancies. As a resource for management, you will provide accurate data regarding employee attendance and maintain daily time and attendance records within our scheduling and payroll systems.
