The Security Officer is a full-time position responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors at the school. Reporting to the Security Manager, this role is integral to upholding the school's mission and values both inside and outside the organization. The Security Officer supports student learning and achievement through cooperative effort and best practices, actively promoting the IB goals and the school's Open Communication and Community Principles.
In this role, you will serve as a visible, approachable presence, interacting professionally with our diverse community. You will be the first line of defense in ensuring campus safety, requiring you to remain calm and function effectively in high-stress situations while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Your work directly contributes to the school's commitment to a secure environment where the potential of every child can flourish.
