This position is designed to provide a safe and secure environment for customers, company property, and employees. You will be the face of the casino, greeting guests and assisting them to ensure their satisfaction and return. Your day will involve maintaining high visibility at assigned security posts, patrolling buildings and grounds, and handling problem situations or safety hazards as they arise.
You will act as a resource for guests, providing directions, assistance with car trouble, and special support for disabled patrons. The role requires you to work well under pressure, making rational decisions in stressful situations while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating ethical behavior. You will be responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal control policies.
