As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will deliver exceptional support to account holders and business partners while helping strengthen long-term client relationships. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate solutions across teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience through phone and digital communication channels. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field. 1+ years of experience in insurance, HSA, or TPA industries. Experience supporting clients through phone and electronic communication channels. Knowledge of financial products, account servicing, or claims support processes.
