The Security Officer serves as the frontline guardian for our casino, responsible for safeguarding guests, employees, company assets, and property. This position plays a critical role in crime prevention, emergency response, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service. You will maintain a highly visible and professional presence throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
In this dynamic role, you will enforce property rules, company policies, and state and federal gaming regulations. Your day-to-day activities involve performing regular patrols on foot, both inside and outside the facility, to identify and report unsafe conditions or suspicious activity immediately. You will be the first responder in emergencies, utilizing CPR, AED, and First Aid training to assist those in need and communicating critical patient care information to medical personnel.
Beyond safety, you will be a key part of the guest experience. You will investigate and document all security-related incidents, maintain strict confidentiality, and resolve guest concerns with promptness and effectiveness. Whether escorting patrons to their vehicles, transporting company assets, or operating company vehicles, you will represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming and security licenses. The selection process will evaluate your ability to remain calm and decisive in high-stress situations, your observational skills, and your commitment to regulatory compliance.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic position requiring availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. The role demands the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, patrol large areas including stairs and exterior grounds, and respond quickly to critical incidents.
