The Security Officer serves as the frontline guardian for our casino, responsible for safeguarding guests, employees, company assets, and property. This position plays a critical role in crime prevention, emergency response, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service. You will maintain a highly visible and professional presence throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of proactive patrols and responsive action. You will regularly patrol the facility on foot, covering both interior spaces and exterior grounds, while maintaining sharp situational awareness to identify unsafe conditions or suspicious activity. When emergencies arise, you will be the first responder, utilizing CPR, AED, and First Aid training to assist individuals and communicating critical patient care information to medical personnel.
Beyond safety, you are a key representative of our brand. You will enforce property rules and gaming regulations, verify identification for individuals under 21, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy. Whether escorting patrons to their vehicles, transporting company assets, or operating company vehicles, you will uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming and security licenses. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.
