About the Role
Andy Frain Services is seeking a professional Security Officer to support our Entertainment & Sports events within the Security & Law Enforcement department. This customer-focused role is designed to safeguard guests, staff, and property by ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
You will serve as the first point of contact for many attendees, delivering professional and courteous service while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive culture. Your presence will be vital in managing crowd flow, enforcing venue policies, and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. By working closely with event staff and public safety partners, you will help create a secure atmosphere where fans can focus on the action.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should submit their application with a current state security guard license (where applicable) and relevant certifications. Selected applicants will be contacted for an interview to discuss their experience in crowd management and incident response.
