About the Role

As a Security & Emergency Services (SES) Officer, you will be a friendly, trusted presence that residents rely on to keep our community safe, secure, and thriving. Your day will bring purpose and action, ranging from patrolling our beautiful campus to welcoming guests at the gatehouse and responding to non-emergency needs. You will play a key role in creating the best initial impression of the community while conducting safety checks and managing visitor traffic.

After 45 days of employment, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) program, receiving certified training to further support the health and well-being of our residents and team members. This role is designed for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a supportive, mission-driven team.
