As a Security Monitoring Associate, you will play a vital role in protecting our team, stores, facilities, and products. Your primary focus will be monitoring security cameras to identify any unusual or out-of-place activity, ensuring that all visitors are authorized, and maintaining up-to-date logs of scanned IDs and daily security notes. You will serve as the first line of defense, communicating concerns effectively to management and reporting technical issues with cameras, alarms, or connectivity immediately. Beyond monitoring, you will help keep the space clean and safe while supporting the team with other tasks as needed. This role requires a reliable individual who can stay calm under pressure and ensure all activities align with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations.
