Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. You will be a vital part of the team that ensures the Resort remains a place of wonder and safety for everyone who visits.
In this role, you will serve as a first responder and a guardian of the Resort's atmosphere. You will be trained to respond to emergencies with confidence, utilizing skills in Infant, Child, and Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED) usage, Stop The Bleed Training, and fire extinguisher procedures. Whether coordinating an expedient response to fire alarms or safety hazards, handling violations of Resort policy, or providing cash escorts, you will maintain a calm demeanor while making logical decisions quickly.
Beyond security enforcement, you will be a helpful resource for our community. You will provide accurate information to guests seeking directions or hours of operation, receive and secure found property, and issue contractor and visitor badges. You will work with state-of-the-art technology to detect and respond to safety systems, using complex consoles to receive calls and dispatch assistance as needed.
