About the Role
This opportunity is a promotion from the Fitness Center Attendant position, designed for current attendants in good standing who demonstrate strong leadership and initiative. As a Fitness Center Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the Fitness Center, Athletic Complex, and Larkin Field, ensuring all facilities remain welcoming, safe, and inclusive for the SNHU community.
In this role, you will act as a shift leader, delegating tasks and managing facility workflows while supervising and supporting attendants during scheduled shifts. You will assist in the onboarding, training, and evaluation of new team members, serving as the main point of contact for scheduling, reservations, and general inquiries. Your day will involve monitoring facility usage, enforcing policies, resolving patron conflicts, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of fitness equipment. Additionally, you will serve as the lead contact in emergency situations, following established incident protocols.
