As a Communications Associate in the Security department, you will be the voice of safety and coordination on the property. You will operate and monitor a base radio console with nine frequencies, dispatching all routine and emergency traffic for assigned channels, including police, security, first aid, and fire department calls. You will also monitor weather radar and lightning detectors, advising appropriate units of weather conditions as directed by management.
In this role, you will perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that detailed reports on incidents occurring on the property are completed before the end of your scheduled shift. You will interact with people from diverse backgrounds, requiring good judgment and a commitment to safety.
