We are seeking a part-time HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-growing company. This role exists to professionalize our hiring process, allowing our founders—who lack specific HR expertise—to focus on strategy while you build out our team with top-notch talent.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all job postings, advertising, recruiting, and interviewing. Beyond execution, you will act as a strategic advisor, bringing resources, tools, and recommendations to help determine when and where the company needs to hire. You will also utilize tools like Hubstaff to oversee staff and ensure accurate time tracking.
This is a location-independent, self-paced position requiring strong self-direction and initiative. You will report directly to our co-founders and play a key role in preserving our great culture.
